훌륭해요가족 숙박객
Lovely old Victorian hotel - retains a lot of old world charm, but modernised for today. Attractive to an older clientele, many of whom were returners. Food was excellent, waiting staff were great and over all we had a good holiday.

Very nice hotel,staff were lovely.The room was good,the building is a beautiful Victorian building.Unfortunatley I thought the food could of been better,breakfast and dinner.

Lovely hotel in excellent position. Staff were great and very useful having its own parking.
Our only disappointment was the food . Was ok but expected higher standard for both evening meal and breakfast. Was not expecting it to be a self service breakfast which we really don’t like
Overall though we had a very enjoyable stay

Check in was very easy and quick. The room was nice and comfy, a little on the small side, but the view was good.
The bar staff were very friendly and the young lady waiting on was very helpful, she even managed to find us a pack of cards to use.
Breakfast was very good, it was nice to be served at the buffet and again, the staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, a really nice stay and we would certainly come again.

Easy check in with friendly staff, rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Couldn't fault out stay and we'll certainly be back.
