We stayed two nights. The room was a but stuffy and the fan provided was a bit noisy. That being said, the staff was lovely! One of the bartender lend me his Leap card to hop on buses. I thought that was so nice of him!
Unfortunately when we left, we forgot our passports in the room safe. We were already an hour away when we realized our mistake. I called the hotel and they reassured me they were going to keep the passports in a safe place upon our return 5 days later.
The hotel is about a 20 mins bus ride to downtown.

그저 그래요 I was in a twin room on the 4th floor for 1 night. Very poor layout, narrow, unattractive room. I had a very disturbed sleep due to the loud snoring coming from another room. Very expensive, overpriced

Me sentí ESTAFADA. al llegar nos dimos cuenta que el precio real de el hotel para ese dia era 45 % menos de lo que nos cobraron. MUY mala experiencia. Te sientes estafado y robado, hable con el sr Paul y le explique que nos cobraron 100 euros mas de lo normal , aparte nos cobraron 18 euros por persona por el desayuno y 10 euros extras por el estacionamiento . El hotel esta muy lejos del centro...en el centro hay muchos hoteles bonitos y a buen precio...no recomiendo reservar aqui ...muy mala opción.

Fantastic executive room for 3 adults. Lots of space and very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Had lunch there which was excellent. Great car park at the front of the hotel. Great stay in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Very helpful and accommodating, we arrived from US and were able to check in early and also leave luggage on our departure day. Breakfast was delicious and they catered well for allergies, cooking my gluten free food specifically for me. The room was very warm was my only issue but clean comfortable and a great location
