Yes

The room floor feel dirty especially toilet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel condition was bad, first check in room was not cleaning, all the trash and bed not clean… change to the new room and room are too dark

A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi.

Not so good. Smell of smoke in the early hours of the morning in a non smoking room.

The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, shops, restaurants and street food stalls. Nice place. Just suggestion to add more light inside the room, it’s quite uncomfortable for me with vision problems. Also dirty kettle.

Overall, kids enjoyed the trip. Rooms are ok.

Disappointed with the room ,dirty carpet with smell ,coffee cup wit lipstick and coffee stained.only gd is the room is big.

Good place to stay

Everything ok except should be more clean, a lot of dust on the carpet and furniture. Handheld Shower very difficult to use or adjust when I don’t want to use the rain shower.
