The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC

Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Front desk staff as well as the rooms are stellar. Walking distance from the trains as well as cathedral. Only drawback was the restaurant, a bit overpriced and staff was actually awful. Other than that one negative, I would rate this as a must stay destination.

We stayed one night at the Hilton and the rest of the trip at the Hyatt in Cologne. I was a little bit concerned about some of the reviews regarding getting stolen in the lobby/restaurant, but our trip was smooth with no issues. The room was spacious but a little bit outdated. The towels have stinks. I do like their heated towel rack though. To be noted, you have to pay for the water in the room.

Staff are great, but this hotel has only the location going for it. Easy parking/access, but the hotel has zero charm. Breakfast was slightly above average. Bathrooms are tiny. However, the Air Conditioning system was great!

Great location that is a 4 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is perfectly maintained. The hotel restaurant was excellent and there were dozens of other options within easy walking distance.

Towels not clean. Floors were not cleaned, and we stayed almost 10 days. TERRIBLE POOR LIGHTING IN THE Room. If you book thru a 3rd party the property / Hilton does not award you ANY Hilton Honors rewards , this is so backwards.. why would I book this if I had know?
Location is great and quiet BUT the experience has left us poor. It’s very dated and the rooms need a DESPERATE remake/ do-over etc. needs updating.
