We booked a double room with a king bed, and it checked all the boxes for a great stay. The room was spacious enough to comfortably store our luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was well-maintained and very clean. After long days exploring in Japan’s summer heat, coming back to a cool, comfortable room was especially refreshing. The staff were also very helpful throughout check-in and check-out, and they assisted with luggage forwarding services while communicating clearly in English.

Great location. Near family mart and the Ebisu station. Most of the museums, gardens and shrines I visited did not require a train transfer. Really easy transportation.

We really liked our stay at the hotel. The rooms are small but that's normal in Tokyo. The price was reasonable. Excellent location - five or so minute walk to Ebisu station which is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. The breakfast in the morning was nice - lots of variety. Rooms were very clean and lots of little amenities (combs, shavers, face masks etc). Employees were nice enough - I wouldn't say they were overly friendly but they were fine. AC was excellent.

The delux double twin room was so small, we didn’t have room to lay down our luggage. This was also priced as a premium stay. If the price were half and I was traveling alone or with a spouse, I would recommend. Even though there is a pull-down curtain that covers some of it, the shower is separated by glass wall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very good.

Everything is good other than they nickel and dime you 4400 yen for an hour early check-in.

Great little hotel in a great area to be when visiting Tokyo. The room was a bit small but to be expected in Tokyo. If you're a walker, it's a great location to most cool shops and a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Quiet & pleasant sraff

The property is situated in a very convinent location and in a very hip neighbourhood in Tokyo.
