El servicio al cliente estaba malo, solo algunos empleados te trataban bien. La comida no era la mejor calidad ni sabor para nada, el servicio en las mesas del buffet es Fatal primero te ahogas y luego llega tu bebida. En la barra la elaboración de los cocteles no sabían bien. Solo me hizo unos excelentes cocteles y buen trato la bartender Samantha. Desde que llegas y te asignan el mayordomo, te dice que es casi imposible reservar en los restaurantes, no te la ponen nada de fácil cuando lo único que uno como turista quiere es disfrutar lo que ya uno pagó. He visitado el país anteriormente y definitivamente este hotel no lo volvería a visitar ni a recomendar.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for relaxing while still being close to local attractions. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun vacation with family and friends, this resort has something for everyone.

I won’t be coming back to this hotel. Pros: beach, breeze and spa Cons: outdated, could be cleaner, food variety

Muy buena atención del mayordomo Dionisio y la empleados muy agradables

I was very disappointed with my stay at Occidental Caribe. The air conditioning was a major issue because it was locked at 26°C, and guests could not lower the temperature. The room was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep. The towels were old, worn out, and definitely need to be replaced. On top of that, the food was very poor. There was very little variety, and the quality and taste were far below what I expected from an all-inclusive resort. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

Me gustó muchísimo todas las actividades diarias que habían, todo limpio y bello, los empleados bien atentos y serviciales. Lo único que deben mejorar es las comidas del Salad Bar, la comida no tenía buen gusto.

The rooms are very outdated, not clean as I am used too when staying at hotels in punta Cana. I know it was cheap but I won’t be coming back again the pizza place they have is above the snack place and I couldn’t take a pizza out I had to wait and eat it there, by the way it’s a personal pizza. The hotel needs a lot of renovations throughout. Pros the beach is good and a lot of wind so you won’t be hot. If you can afford something nicer I recommend going to a riu brand hotel. I went last month and the are amazing and the personnel amazing as well.
