Only problem on this hotel is our room don't have air conditioner

Good location for concerts at stadium, excellent taxi service. Breakfast was a good selection and beds were comfortable for sleep.

Everything was fine, the staff cooperative and the breakfast good.

Room was clean, plenty of parking, breakfast was nice early on not as good later. Room was very hot, no air con, fan provided which moved the hot air around. Bed was comfy, sofa bed not as comfy. Bathroom was very nice and shower great. Not as close to the etihad as the description led me to believe, 3 miles not 2.

Not the nicest area in Manchester but the hotel was spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Safe car park and enjoyed the breakfast. Will be visiting again.

My daughter and I loved our stay here and would definitely come to stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. We were able to order ourselves food from their their 24/7 menu. This was limited but we easily found something we liked on it. As the receptionist was unable to leave the desk until her colleague came back from whatever they were doing, she offered to deliver it to our room. Food arrived 5-10mins later and was delicious! Free breakfast was good too. Throughout our stay ALL staff we came across were very friendly and happy to help. 5*
