그저 그래요 Room wasn’t clean. TV wasn’t working. Never got my refund like I was supposed to. Call multiple times.

그저 그래요 The room was not properly cleaned. The first day I was there I noticed hairs in the shower that were not mine. I showered in cold water the morning of checkout. The water would not warm up after minutes of waiting. The room smells funky. Light switches by the bed do not work. Nor do some of the outlets. Overall not a great stay. I will not be back.

만족해요 The AC didn't work in the room, there was no one in the front desk to help. The room floors were super dirty again no front desk help

훌륭해요 The staff were helpful during check in and check out. The room was what I paid for, cheap but did it's job. Floors felt sticky, bathroom was dusty and we did have bug issues. Overall, for the price, it's a good place to stay. Walking distance to Anaheim convention center.

그저 그래요 The check-in at kiosk is a joke. After 6th attempt for both drivers license and credit card (30 min later)...success. My reservation was a prepay and a process that should take 5 min TOPS! If my business is so important that I have to talk to somebody out of India on kiosk.?.?.?. (you fill in rest). Enjoy cup of coffee for breakfast. I frequent the SoCal area lots but will never stay there again!

Dirty room, there was many mosquitos, dirty mirrors, my kid woke up with mosquito bites, ashes on the floor. Reported it to the staff after checking in and no follow up was done. Never will stay again at a Motel6

There WERE no amenities -- not even plastic drinking glasses. No maid service (5-day stay). My TV didn't work the first night -- said it wasn't connected to the network. Noisy. Took a $100 deposit. Two days after check out, it hasn't been refunded. Worst motel I ever stayed at -- and I often stay at Motel 6.
