Very friendly and helpful

Well the stay had high hopes. But from the start there was issues. Asked if I wished to have onsite parking or reduced rate across the way. I chose on site due to past issues. Another city having a car stolen. Well after your trips around the block I stop and ask the valet where the on site parking is. Ends up this is across the street. We get to the room late into the evening so just ready for bed. Extremely noisy AC unit. Made it hard to sleep. In the morning I noticed issues in the room. Holes in the walls by the window. Mold in the bathroom. Four towels but only two wash towels. No room service on the next day. So had to ask at the desk for two more. View out the window was the top of the trash station of the hotel. Location was good I will say that. But would not recommend this place for anyone. I feel this hotel had some major issues. It is showing its age and not being well kept up.

Great hotel! Upon arrival we were met with our room not being ready however they accommodated us to a better room for inconvenience. The amenities are amazing ihop, keg, other restaurants and comedy places. My partner burned his shirt from the iron in the room. I would not recommend to use it here but staff helped the situation out quickly. Friendly staff and would rate it 10/10. Definitely stay again!

Well located hotel, nice staff, and reasonable price.

The parking price was very reasonable if you choose to park off site. The check in process was very fast, hardly any wait at the counter. They had plenty of staff at the check in point. The facility was very clean the room was super clean.

It nice place to be honest, the room was clean, the hallways were clean, the pool and gym were clean, and the staff was there everyday. There's also an IHOP and the keg there, they were a bit pricey but we loved the food, and the lady there was so nice and talkative. The hotel is connected by a bridge to the casino where we parked and only paid $15 when we left on Monday. The hotel is also in a good location with lots of restaurants and the funzone nearby. However it's a bit of a walk to the falls, like 10 minutes on a slow pace. The only complaint I have is that the cleaners weren't so intentional, they just folded the sheets and left. And also the Netflix automatically cutout and stopped working on the morning of checkout. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Checking is was okay staff was polite , checking out is where I had an issue a male Indian receptionist was very rude. Rude to the point where he raised his voice and started to tap the desk as if I was bothering or irritating him. This ruined the experience for me. The security guard at the elevator was very friendly and made sure to tell us where everything was. Overall it was a pretty decent stay until I checked out
