The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and had air conditioning inside. The elevator is a bit old and small but functional and the shower was a bit cramped but over all the amenities and convenient location are great.

Great location-close to train station. Cute restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The staff is very polite and spoke fluent english. They also have very affordable airport shuttle options.

Arrived to be told that the air conditioning did not work. The mini fridge did not work either. No effort to fix it. We got a fan and 20% discount that was ridiculous in a 35 degree heat. We had to open the window, so the trash truck woke us at 4:30, then they had a party until 3 am, than there was a crane delivering something at 5 am. Very French of them ! The room was in poor to acceptable condition, very small.

Easy getting around

Good value in a great location near Saint Lazare. The room are dated and small but clean and simple and the location very practical. Good value for money

It was all right for one night, but I wouldn't take an extended stay there. Dated, odd, cramped, but felt safe and was reasonably clean.

I have been traveling to Paris and other European cities for 10 years and have never had a property in such disarray as this one. Please do not stay here as the tiles in the bathroom were missing, a used toothbrush was left on our bed, and what appeared to be black mold on ceiling was present. We immediately left the hotel after seeing our room for a different hotel down the block. Make sure you pay for the refundable option as Expedia was no help in changing our hotel because of this.
