Room was clean staff were friendly. Was in a good area.

The staff were super helpful and kind to us during our stay, the room was perfect for our needs and nice and clean.

Room and service from the staff good. Breakfast was also good I just wish the coffee machine was a bit quicker.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in, good breakfast choice and staff there super helpful. Comfortable room, good location.

Staff were excellent & allowed us to check in early. They were great after returning from Concert & served drinks/food. The room was basic but we were only there for one night. However, pillows were too soft & bed uncomfortable. All we heard was room doors banging all night, didn’t help folk were out watching World Cup till late. Not too far a walk from both train stations, however up hill!!

The room was small but comfortable, although a bit warm at night. A small fan was provided. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, good shower. The only thing the room lacked was some drawer space and hooks for hanging coats etc, although there was a rail with coat hangers. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The hotel was located about a 10-15 minute walk from the main shops/restaurants but beware that Glasgow has hills.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Ideal location , helpful staff , clean and comfortable room , no complaints

Friendly, helpful staff at front desk. Room was very tidy and beds very comfortable. All the shower products were great as well as the robes which are a nice little touch

Clean room and loo, 24hr bar and reception and a good choice breakfast buffet.
