One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Smelt amazing, wonderfully clean. Great shower and amenities. The only place I would stay in Seville if I went back.

Beautiful unique property with so much character right in the heart of Seville! The staff was so helpful and kind from check-in to check-out. Our highlights were having a massive room with a separate space, going through the tunnel and beautifully decorated houses, and listening to beautiful music at the Piano Bar every night. We would love to come back!

It is a unique hotel, with the various buildings, courtyards and comfy areas. Really felt like a piece of history. Loved it. Excellent service from reception , cleaners and breakfast room staff - thank you. Room clean and certainly not the average hotel room. I really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was absolutely incredible—full of character and authenticity, with wonderfully friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in one of the annex rooms and loved exploring the tunnels; it feels like a maze, and while it’s easy to get lost at first, you quickly find your bearings. It was an unforgettable stay, and we would definitely return!

If you want a unique 4 star experience, stay here. If you want a perfect old town Sevilla location, stay here. If you want great staff, stay here. If you want restaurants and shops nearby, stay here. In other words book it and stay here!

Hotel was ideally located in the historic part of the city . It was unique with its tunnel access to rooms and internal courtyards added to its charm. It had a calm peaceful air that didn’t reflect its central location. Staff very helpful and charming. The roof top pool was a delightful place to end a busy days sightseeing but its opening hours were limited. Opening until 21.00-22.00h would allow guests to make better use of it.! Also an upgrade to in room coffee machine / Nespresso would complement this lovely hotel. I would recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay here again. Guests didn’t feel they were staying in a hotel.. it had an almost home from home feel.

A beautiful unique Hotel in the heart of the old town area of Seville. Short walk to Cathedral & lovely restaurants and bars - could not fault the facilities and staff and vibe of the Hotel, will definitely return...

Have to walk through a long tunnel in the basement to get to most rooms. Beautiful property.

The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast offered a wide variety of breakfast foods to select from.

Great location, clean room, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast! Overall a beautiful place!
