Staff was nice , room was big , pool was very warm so it was not very refreshing, parking with a boat and trailer was not good. Very little parking space . Do not plan to use the ramp unless you have 4 wheel drive . It was just mud and very tight dock space . We didn’t spend much time at the property. It was ok .

El hotel no es nada lujoso ni espectacular, pero es cómodo, acogedor y cumple muy bien para una estancia tranquila. La habitación estaba limpia, agradable y tenía todo lo necesario para sentirse a gusto. En general, fue una buena experiencia y lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un lugar sencillo pero cómodo para hospedarse buena relación calidad-precio.

Bathroom could have used a remodel and the dock beach area was full of sargasso grass

Our stay at the Hadley was good...only grievance was the sewer pump station and smell in the parking lot....

Whoever is running cleaning they need to hire new people , the floor was so dirty my son was walking on it barefoot for 1 minute first night and his feet were BLACK. We found a bag with wet clothes from previous people that had stayed in one of the drawers. Pool was clean but way too small and overpacked with people , check in was at 4 usually most hotels let you do early check in with an extra cost I asked and they said no , mind you they gave us our second room at 4:29. I don’t like writing bad reviews because regardless of everything I did have a good time because I went with family and tried not letting everything ruin my stay but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

First thing getting to the property and realizing, the term "resort" has been used very loosely. There was water on the walk way and i slipped multiple time just barely catching myself. Noticed pictures and mirrors were falling apart. No bible in the drawer. Blinds on backwards and no way stop the light from comming through. We tried piling towels on the edges but it came through still. The free breakfast doesnt start till after 8am. My suggestion is skip the free breakfast and get on the road open to your destination. hallways to the streets. ZERO security, could not lock the deadbolt securely. The sink faucet is not the correct size causeing water to flow onto the edge and making the sink something i had to manage everytime we used it. Tried to clean the bugs out of the pool but there was no net available making time there limited. When walking to the docks there was exposed speaker wire in the path.

The location was great. Walkable to places. It was overall quiet and the small beach area was nice. The pool could have been cleaner and having to get towels from the front desk was not convenient. Also having no bathroom by the pool was also not convenient. Overall, it was nice and I would stay there again, mostly for the location.

Good hotel with plenty of parking. Our room was refurbished with really nice furnishings. Sofa bed was uncomfortable with no duvet, only a sheet and one pillow. Pool area and beach area was lovely and there was ample undercover seating area. Only downside is there is no restaurant on site and so you have to go offsite to eat. Bar closes at 8pm. There is a restaurant just up the road, serving excellent food.

I personally did not have a very good experience staying at this hotel. I called multiple times to ask questions about my check-in and didn’t get answered once. When I arrived in person to the lobby, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get attended because the receptionist was sitting in her car while there was two people waiting in line. Then on top of that, the room was very dirty, the edges of the bathroom were filthy, and there were crumbs in the AC, as if someone had been eating there. The smell of the room was very strong, as if people had been smoking cigarettes in it. I usually never complain, but to have paid so much money and received what I did, I am not happy with this experience. The pictures online are not what it really is, I felt scammed. If someone had at least answered the phone once I wouldn’t be writing this review, but it was one thing on top of the other. I hope you guys use this feedback as a way to make others experience here better.
