We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Delivered on time as requested .pool ladies are amazing they take care of you ,and your needs.housekeeping room was always clean I thank you. Elevators all were working this time. last time they were down all week of our stay thx

매우 훌륭해요 First.. Pros.. greeted at valet parking with welcome glass of champagne..from that moment on customer service was excellent. Grounds were kept spotless at all times, especially the pool area with amazing attendants. Location could not be better. Room 323 was amazing. Only cons were shower had no door or curtain and water ran all the way out to hall. Also, yes room states partial ocean view, but due to trees the potential for nice views was almost no view.

매우 훌륭해요 We’ve stayed at many great hotels around the world, this one is right up there with the very best. Incredible service, stunning room and perfect location…this hotel has it all. We didn’t eat here but can highly recommend Latitude’s for lunch or a sunset dinner, you can reach it by boat which leaves from Pier 29 (behind Opal Hotel)
