Clean room, 1 young male staff member always at the desk always seemed to be rushed like he couldn't spare time to properly, talk to you or acknowledge you didn't have a nice courteous greeting I had to approach the desk and ask for help even while I'm standing right on front of him and he purposely keeps his head down this happened on more than 1 occasion.

그저 그래요 Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Construction is going on inside of the hotel and started at 8 am waking us up from our sleep in a fright. When we called the front desk they said the construction shouldn’t be happening by our room but even they could hear the noise through the phone. We couldn’t go back to bed and ended up just packing up and exiting early.
