Really friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfortable

Stayed one night with my dog, very nice and friendly lady at check in and other staff friendly as well, room was good size and clean, nice breakfast. Would come back.

Reasonable value for money is all you really need to know! Breakfast a bit on the expensive side. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good location for transport systems.

Property was sufficient for a short stay although room quite small. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Rooms were cleaned every day. Area around had a lot of building work going on which was noisy and dusty. Further out not the sort of city you would feel safe walking around on your own.

Everything went well

Very clean. The Internet is not good. For a business trip this could potentially cause problems.

Had a first floor room, not overlooking the Railway line, unfortunately we had the main road. No problem keep the windows shut. But we couldn't as the room was far too hot. So windows open and the smokers stood underneath all hours smoking, which filled the room with cigarette and pipe smoke. So why not put on the air conditioning, simply it didn't work. Didn't bother mentioning to the hotel front desk staff, what could they do about it? Possibly move us to another hot noisy room.
