Room smelled very musty and old. Carpet was patched together and looked dirty, although very dark so hard to tell. Didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. Bedding was quite worn out with stains. Got the job done but would not stay again, needs updating.

Carpet felt musty, bed smelled like smoke. Bathroom towel fixture, just hardware and the screen door just propped and non-functional.

We loved the property, plus the restaurant and bar are excellent as well. We had a room with a view and we would certainly recommend this property and we would stay there again.

Run down typical beach motel..9k for just sleeping sheets were full of watted up cotton balls not cozy at all , no cover on comforter probably dirty

Pool was not kept well. Very cloudy. A constant flow of filtration is needed. Expedia website falsely advertises breakfast included. Breakfast is not included. Breakfast is on the menu at an attached restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was clean and quiet. The area was well maintained, the pool looked inviting although we did not use it this time. The reception staff was friendly, and check in went quickly.

We had a great stay at the San Simeon lodge. The pool and yard was very well maintained. Our room was nice and clean. The only downside i’d say is one of the two beds was extremely springy and uncomfortable. You could hear the springs as you were on the bed. Also it can get warm, but almost everyone had windows and doors open. It felt very safe even late at night to have the door open and we slept with windows open.
