The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. I loved having a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer Its good value for money and I would definitely stay again.

Nice spa pool. No pool towels available or tea towels to dry dishes in kitchen. The shampoo bottles stock are so old that they broke in the shower when you opened them. Reception staff where not very friendly or helpful and stated they finished shift so no one to help after 4pm.

The hotel from entry is run down. The lifts are grubby, the bathroom was ok but needed a good clean. The rest of the room was comfortable and the view stunning.

Great place to stay. I was on business, close to beach and eateries and great for walking.

A great value studio with a fabulous view, walking distance to the centre & free on road parking from 6pm to 8am

The view was amazing

Very pleasant surprise for a very good price. Lovely hotel with all that you need. Our view from the 13th floor was amazing. Great gym for workouts. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of action, so can't rate on that. Also has a tennis court. Paid for parking, but very convenient. With both room and parking still a great price. Easy access to everything in Takapuna beach. Could easily walk everywhere. Beautiful place to explore.
