I love the Sebel Viaduct Hotel. This was our 3rd or 4th stay.
Great room and great location. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
The hot water is limited.

The Sebel Viaduct team really made my special birthday stay wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure it was a wonderful trip and that my room was perfect. We love
staying at the Sebel Auckland Viaduct and will be back again definitely!
The room is wonderful with a kitchenette and laundry facilities making a break cost effective and convenient. This upgrade was well worth it in terms of the views, space and break out areas. This really is a wonderfully designed facility.

A reasonably priced hotel in an ideal spot near the sky tower and harbour, good for food and bars

Great to have laundry in the room with detergent. The room was much older than the photos looked and our room had stained carpet. Our view was listed as a city view but our windows looked right into concrete walls with no view at all.

Whilst the hotel is in a good location, the hotel room needs an upgrade. Low water pressure and carpet needs replacing.
What the hotel failed to disclosed is the pub and bars surrounding the hotel are licensed to play extremely loud music until 3 am.
Feel sorry for guests who stays on the floors right above the bars, even on the 6th floor, the loud music can still be heard.
If you are looking for a good night sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Kitchen area and clothing storage both lacking. Well kept in general.
