Expensive valet parking.

When we arrived we were informed that expedia was suppose to have contacted us to let us know they had to relocate us to a different hotel due to maintenance issues. But we werent contacted, and when we called we spent almost 2 hours on the phone dealing with an expedia person who kept putting us on hold to try and bargan with other hotels that were far away from the convention I was attending. We finally gave up, hung up, and called right back to another agent who we had to tell to cancel our charges and we would find someplace to stay ourselves because it was almost midnight and we were tired of waiting around for them to find us someyhing nearby. Expedia was terrible. However, the people at the hotel very very kind and helpful as we were camped out in their lobby trying to find a place to stay. They said Expedia wouldn't give them our contact info, or they would have contacted us themselves, but they had contacted Expedia earlier so they would let us know the sitiation.

The front desk employees were very nice. However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately we didn’t get back to our room until very late, so it felt too late to complain. The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just really grossed out and disappointed because of what we paid.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice

Upon checking in with the rest of my party, we were informed that two people did not have a room as theirs was not available even though they had confirmation emails in hand. Evidently the room set aside for them was needing repairs and there were no other rooms available. There was no offer to find them other accommodations, that was left up to them. On my reservation I requested to have a walk-in shower as I had a medical condition that prevented me from getting in and out of a tub easily. I was given a walk-in shower but I thought it would be a ADA bathroom with grab bars also. There were no grab bars and the commode was not ADA either. Bed mattress is very hard which was not good for my back, although the pillows made up for it. I won't be staying at this property again. I will say Clay at the front desk was very helpful when we as out of towners were trying to navigate where certain tourist spots were located.

Very clean hotel.comfy beds & really nice walk in shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, but it was free. Easy uber to Fort Worth Stock yards.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Noisy on busy downtown nights for sure. Bar is basically non existent. Young kid working was looking at his phone, drinks not great. Nice kid, but a kid…no parking, 36$ valet. Breakfast was meh, typical watery eggs bacon biscuit, waffles not there. Liked it but for the price, hoped for better.

The place was completely nasty and I received horrible service this morning. I have pictures and need someone to contact me asap please
