Very friendly staff.

good service and staff

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to a lot of different stores and restaurants and DISNEYland. They say its a 12 min walk when its closer to 15-20 mins but with free parking at the hotel, its no problem to walk. The hotel is a bit rundown and nothing fancy but the best part of the hotel are the employees. Every single person working here from front-desk to breakfast to maintenance/housekeeping has a smile on their face. No matter morning or night, every employee I interacted with had a smile on their face. I have never experienced that in my life. The breakfast is good. It's a little crowded but the staff are quick and it's better than nothing. If you have kids and are going to Disneyland, stay here. We highly recommend. My kids loved the pool!

It was just what we needed. Clean room, pool to cool off, and proximity to our event.

The staff were very friendly. I appreciated the breakfast. Not many hotels in the area provided breakfasts. The room was a bit cramped. The door was also hard to close. In fact, when we first checked in, our room door was not closed completely.

Clean and friendly staff. The only downside is the walk you would have to do if Disneyland or California Adventure is the destination. But if you don’t mind the hike then the place is worth the bucks!

Nice and clean good service nice person I recommend to come to stay

Everyone is nice and pleasant. Clean rooms and the location is very great. We had a great stay here while visiting Disneyland. Thank you so much!

Excellent room and hotel!
