So convenient location for everything and breakfast is good and staff are very helpful. Both wife and I also love the Sunna room too!

From check in with the wonderful Raphine who welcomed us warmly and explained everything, to the comfortable and clean room and bathroom and especially the fabulous breakfast with so many delicious choices, this hotel exceeded all expectations. In addition, the location across from the railway station was ideal. So very happy we chose this hotel.

The staff, from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning staff throughout the hotel were all especially accommodating to our individual needs. In addition, their friendliness was warm and felt sincere. I say this because their memory of what we preferred lasted throughout our 4 day stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel. Bit dated, but they are renovating the property. Rooms are fine. Bathroom could be bigger and at least designed differently so that your bath mat doesn't get soaked when you take a shower. Other than that there's nothing to complain about. Its a very central location, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is very good and varied, the hotel is well maintained. I would come again.

Great location and excellent breakfast. Sauna was good and nice to be right in Sokos store. Don’t forgot your room check-in card to get discount at the store.

Fantastic location a few minutes walk from train station and a central location to explore Helsinki. Very clean and well appointed hotel. Highly recommended.

Pretty standard hotel room with nothing to complain about. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections. Unfortunately the rooftop bar is closed on a Sunday, the day we were there. Property can get pretty busy and we noted long queues at check in several times. Location is excellent for public transport (trains, including airport train & trams).

Very spacious clean room. Very nice receptionist. Very helpful. Due to early morning check out they also provided a nice takeaway breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.
