Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok I suppose. The bathroom/tub wasn’t as clean as it could have been and having the little kitchen nock essentially in the bathroom (that we affectionately named the “batchen” was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. With the bathroom door opening out into the batchen, prepare to get hit by the door if using the sink or the microwave. The pool towels can use replacing but other than that the location is pretty nice with several restaurants and a movie theater within 1-2 minute walking distance. Overall it was a decent stay for the price.

We checked into our room, and came to discover a smelly pile of dog crap laying right on the floor in front of the door to the balcony, the front desk thought they could solve the problem by coming and spraying cleaning chemicals in the room, keep in mind I have to 2 young children. I was able to get into a different room and they didn't even offer to reimburse us for at least one night. The whole experience was disgusting and the lack of brains on their cleaning staff is questionable. Don't know if I'd stay there again when we're in town

Should have free breakfast and at least coffee or tea for the guests

Overall the property (paint, wallpaper, carpet, pool) could use a freshening up. Staff was service minded and responded quickly to any needs we had. Free continental breakfast would have been great. Coffee shops and conveniences store located nearby was a big plus.We were given an early check in and check out and that was awesome! Appreciated the fridge in the room. HVAC easy to adjust.

Beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a suite which was so roomy and comfy. Separate bedroom, which was nice if someone wanted to stay up and watch TV. We had a downstairs patio off of the room which was so nice to go out and sit and drink morning coffee or afternoon wine. Dog friendly which was a big bonus for us. Lobby area had a little bar and a lot of room to sit and watch TV. We watched the World Cup on a big screen TV with comfy couches. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone!

Clean room, great service

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The light close to the sink (outside the bathroom) would turn on every 30 minutes or so. Woke me up multiple times. Eventually moved rooms at 1 am since there was no way to turn it off or block the light. There were also crickets in the room and the chair upholstery was dirty and stained.
