Team was accommodating and super helpful! Location was great and rooms were fun and unique

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy walking distance to Powell Books.

Good stay. Hotel has great style and amenities and is within walking distance of lots of places of interest. It is also well located for public transportation. Only downside for us was during our 2 night stay our room didn't get serviced so we ran out of tp and tissues.

Great hotel

The property was centrally located. We could walk everywhere. The staff was super helpful and the rooms were very nice. Only thing I would say is the bathroom in Room 401 really could use another shelf or surface to put your toiletries on in the bathroom. The one little 12 inch shelf really wasn’t enough for even one person to put their little bag. Plus maybe put a little card that says your housekeeping policy in the room. We were told after asking they don’t clean the rooms until check out. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper after coming home to the room at 10pm after assuming housekeeping would have come in during the day. No big deal but just a little nicety. The complementary happy hour and pinball room were fun touches we definitely enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a good hotel with a nice location and helpful staff, but there was a hidden fee. They charged me during check-in, and Expedia didn’t include this extra charge, so I had to pay an additional $29 per day, which didn’t make sense.

The location was great, staff was great as well but the room are not great, our room had a bad smell like no one had stayed in it for ages, the carpet was also very old and dirty

The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was okay. More options such as boiled or scrambled eggs, yogurt, or oatmeal would have been appreciated. Housekeeping only provided services on the third day. I had to request fresh towels and garbage pick up on other days.

Hotel Lucia is a lovely downtown Portland hotel. The bed is so comfortable and the room nicely decorated. The air conditioner kept things very cold on a hotter than normal day. They provide a beer happy hour, coffee in the morning and water and tea afterwards. The downtown location is very covenient. All of the staff was very friendly.
