The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, which was disappointing. Even after requesting that the room be refreshed, the cleanliness did not improve. The room remained dusty and dirty, and it appeared that the floor had not been vacuumed. Housekeeping seemed to consist only of making the bed and replacing the towels, without thoroughly cleaning the room.

Amazing property. Has been beautifully renovated. Food was excellent. Magical stay.

Excellent

Stayed as part of an extended family trip. We had 4 rooms for all age ranges. Modern, well thought out rooms with well stocked mini bar/tea/coffee station. Fantastic location opposite the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants, ferry & shops. Gorgeous pool with sunrise & sunset view.

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, the hotel reception lovely, the restaurants were delicious and the staff all friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with some lighting in our room, but the guest services responded immediately and resolved the issues promptly. The location is amazing, right across from Manly beach, near several restaurants, and a short walk to the Manly Ferry to get into Sydney. Amazing stay and would return any time.

Close to beach and markets

Perfect

The property was excellent but my experience with Expedia was very disappointing. I booked a package- accommodation with breakfast included and flights. On arrival I was told breakfast wasn’t included and Expedias only response was ‘read the fine print!’ The hotel however included breakfast at no cost on hearing my disappointment with Expedia.

Incredible experience

The views are perfect staff so warm and welcoming and you wont find a cleaner hotel anywhere
