The room had broken furniture, and different beds to the listing.

Stairs for upper floors. Doors everywhere. Mattress needs replacement. Balcony door didn't open. I thought it was expensive given the age of the building. But it seems like most of these older places still command high prices

We booked a room with a balcony, which we didn't get we got a room with no balcony all we got was a little area outside of the room, that was right next to the owners with a door in between who were very loud, we asked why and they just said they didn't have any other rooms move us. Very poor to say the least.

Had to wait over 10 mins at reception for a staff member to arrive to check in. Noisy stairwell and foyers outside of rooms. Chairs in room looked unsafe to sit on. Lots of coming and goings in middle of night after 2am. Wifi doesnt work. Will not return.

I stayed 4 nights. One night there was a lot of outdoor noise from transient locals who came into the pool area after staff went home, This loud ruckus went on all night, not much sleep happening. Another day I woke in my bed to the strong smell of cigarette smoke, I opened the door to see the room across from me did not have a non-smoking sign on the door. For this reason alone I wont stay here again. The bathroom toilet makes a constant fizzing sound like air through water, and the shower drips if the hot water tap isnt turned off very tightly. The small bar fridge is not very cold but makes a heck of a noise. Overall I would summarise my experience as noisy, and not where I will stay again because I paid for accommodation so I could sleep. Oh, and although the wifi was on it was not connected to the internet, so no TV nor any communication from staff about the matter.

This place is a dump. Don't stay there. It's nothing like what they make it out to be. The room was run-down. It was dirty for the exception ofvthebtoilet. The bed head fell on my head. The management just laughed at me. Three pool is dirty, looks scary. The reception lady was nice. Definitely NOT value for money. VERY MISLEADING IN ADVERTISING.

Property is very tired. You get what you pay for I guess, and in saying that it should be cheaper.

Nothing good about this place, no WiFi, rooms hard to fine. Doors hard to open, still have lock and keys in this day and age of keyless technology, have to carry a bundle of keys just to get to your room.

The location is reasonably convenient, and it was a cheap option for late booking for a 2-night stay on a busy weekend. The property and rooms are pretty old - they do not look as new as the nice photos you see here. If you have a room on the street side, you will have quite a lot of road noise and light at night so bring earplugs and an eye mask. If you arrive mid-afternoon outside of the hours that the reception is staffed then you will receive an email with the security code to retrieve your key, but you will not receive WIFI password details and the information is not provided in the check-in details or on the in-room information sheet. So, if you desire WIFI access, you will need to be around when they are. Also, if you are planning to leave your bags at the property on your last day... you will need to make sure you are back by early afternoon before reception closes to access your bags.

Staff a very friendly at check in on arrival. Wi-Fi is not up to standard. Some of us stay there for work and do need Wi-Fi to do work. Don't leave food out of the fridge found some baby cockroaches in my room last time I stayed there. I do like the hotel just need little more upgrade on Wi-fi.
