Amazing staff

worst customer service and guest support I have had ever experienced

Clean room with 9 foot windows that opened up to a plaza. The staff was wonderful. I don’t know her name, but the woman at the desk every day was a pleasure to deal with. CON: Hotels.com advertises that it has a restaurant and a bar and that it serves breakfast for a fee. NONE of that is true! There is a bar immediately adjacent to the hotel and a restaurant immediately next to the bar, but they are not a part of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, unless you want breakfast included or an on-site restaurant or bar.

Ideal location for getting around. Lovely places to eat around that area. Main water taxi stop Guglio just about 5-10 minute walk to accommodation or station walking distance to if coming from the Airport. Lovely to wake up in the morning open the curtains and see the canal boats passing. Only thing l would suggest would be to have coffee making facilities in the rooms rather than main communal area. But that just so as soon as you wake up you can get a cuppa. Would recommend stay here it was lovely.

We were very disappointed with every aspect of this property. It was dirty and in a bad neighborhood. It was our first trip to Italy and we felt scammed. I don’t understand why Expedia would endorse such properties.

Great location and potential to be a great place to stay. However unfortunately that's where it ended. The property looked spacious but on closer inspection most of the walls were mouldy with paint peeling off them. There were some suspicious brown marks which were stained into the floor on entry to one of the rooms which did not look pleasant and didnt clean off when we tried The air-conditioning in the main bedroom worked fine however the air conditioning unit in the middle of the three rooms was leaking a green / blue liquid which covered the window side of the bedroom There was no reception service after 6pm when we were heading out for dinner to raise our concerns. We flagged this in the morning on checkout with the reception lady not seeming that fussed abour the issues

We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence.

Great location, well maintained property. One young lady who works as a hostess is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, gets extremely hot in the top floor rooms and the air conditioning is not able to keep up. A fan helps though. Recommend booking on the 2nd floor.
