We have always chosen to stay at this hotel because they have consistently been one of the best places to stay after a long flight. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are great, the breakfast has always been a nice convenience, and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, this recent stay was a bit disappointing. When we went down for breakfast, there was barely any food left, and items were not replenished until I repeatedly asked. This was around 9:00 AM, and it took until about 9:40 AM before the tapa was finally refilled. Another disappointment was the breakfast charge for our kids. During our previous stays, we were never charged for their breakfast, but this time we were charged the full breakfast fee even though the selection was very limited and they only ended up eating champorado because there wasn’t much left. The room and bed were still comfortable, and we appreciate the good service we have always received. However, because of this experience, we will likely skip paying extra for breakfast on our next stay and look for other breakfast options instead.

Breakfast was a little pricey due to fact that not a lot of choices. Things well extremely amazing.

Hotel was very comfortable and the restaurant was super. Everyone was really helpful and went out if their way to help.

Not the one that I'm expecting, the room is too small, the card key is hard to recognize by elevator. Anyway, thank you TRYP

Staff were extremely amazing! From check in to room service to check out. We also requested a ride to the airport and our driver was really helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The reason for my 3 star rating is the smell of sewer which I believe is from Manila Bay. The smell was so strong and it has woken me up in the middle of the night.

I like how comfortable are the beds and pillows. Walking distance to MOA. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast a la carte, affordable price. What I don’t like is the awful smell that sometimes come out of the sink .

The room was clean, staff was very responsive, security always present to greet you. The loft room with bunk beds was a bonus. Location was perfect for my needs.
