만족해요 Very small property, cigarette smell right outside our room. Due to guests using the small courtyard to smoke. That’s right in the middle of all of the rooms. Very pricey for what you get from the hotel.

The place was clean and well kept. Is close to Ueno station and that makes it easy to travel to all the attractions. The place is a bit tight for 4 people but we managed. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet place.

The hotel was very clean. Everyday we received fresh towels and every other day they made the beds. The beds were very comfortable, my daughters had no issue falling asleep in them. My daughters especially loved the bunk bed set up. The kitchen was stocked with various essentials for doing basic cooking and eating in. We ate in more than we expected and this was a huge plus. We used the laundry machines and those were well maintained and did the jobs quickly. The staff also English very well. This was a comfortable stay and quite close to Ueno station.
