만족해요 Overnight front desk person was rude and not welcoming at all. I was standing there and looking around while he was checking us in and immediately said, “What are you looking for?” but with the most annoyed tone ever. Then after he handed us the keys, he didn’t tell us where to go so as we were about to walk away, with another annoyed tone, “Elevators are this way.” Room was okay but really hot with the AC at full blast. Bathtub had yellow stains all over. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I’ve worked at a hotel before but this stay was not it. They treat guests like a big inconvenience.

만족해요 A/C is pre-set and locked. We were not able to adjust. So we decided to turn if off, but the noise from upstairs A/C was unbearable (probably old a/c and has not been fixed.) Fortunately, the request to switch the room was granted. Thanks for that.

훌륭해요 Only one elevator working which was a pain, no ice on 3rd or 4th floor. Finally found some on 2nd. One washer and dryer for the whole place. Breakfast was not too bad. Room was fine, bed comfortable, good pillows and bedding. Only stayed one night. It sufficed.
