When I arrived to my assigned room the door was cracked open. The room appeared clean but in the bathroom there was a big ball of hair in the toilet.

The overall of the hotel was ok. The setup in our room really made no sense. We booked the “upgraded” loft room with 2 queen beds. One side of each bed didn’t have access to plug in a phone charger and the plug for the other sides in the middle was an old ass power strip. Things like the grout in the shower, light switches, and ice bucket were noticeably dirty and there was only one waste basket in the entire space-which did not include the bathroom. The towels were white but dingy and didn’t appear to be bleached when they were washed. We were allegedly supposed to receive a $10 food and beverage credit which I was told when we were checking out we could no longer use which seemed ridiculous that wasn’t told to us at check-in. They also did not inform me of check in time so we went by what was posted on their sign in the door that has emergency exit info etc. which was incorrect and we found that out because the front desk called us a few mins before noon to tell us checkout was at 11:00a ET. For the price of what we were charged in total with on site parking, fees, and taxes booking a better hotel with less space would have been a better decision. I’m sure there are worse hotels I could have booked but for the price I paid there were certainly better ones. As someone who travels for work about 50% of my life this stay made up my mind I would not be staying at a Sonesta for myself or our staff ever again.

SONESTA was amazing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed in it . Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

We checked into our room and came to the bar to get a drink. We set the bar and it took forever to get Service. There was only three other people at the bar so the place was not crowded. A 6oz glass of wine was $19. We had wondering there and went to another restaurant. We returned later that night hoping to get a meal before bedtime. The place was crowded and after talking to a couple people there they said the service was awful, and it took forever to get their food. We sat down and after forgetting no water or menus for at least 78 minutes we decided to get up and leave I’m not sure you’re understaffed or whatever reason, but I bring this to your attention so hopefully you can rectify the situation. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the room was very nice and clean and the front desk service was more than capable.

Great stay! Recommend it over and over
