Aloha, Luang Prabang, Laos was a hidden gem we have wanted to visit for some time now. We chose Burasari for our stay and it met our expectations. The property was conveniently located and well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming. We have to say that several of the staff made our stay memorable. The front desk staff, Somair aka Airry, Vanh aka Teddy and KP, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We had breakfast daily in the restaurant and chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so delicious. Not greeted use and cared for us daily during breakfast. Larnoy and Sommai took care of us during our dinner meals. The two chefs, Ms. Nunee and Ms. Or, have a talent and we were honored to have their wonderful food. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend a stay at Burasari. Mahalo! LandLTravelwithAloha

Food is amazing, rooms excellent and staff were amazingly helpful. Location is right near everything and bikes are available to ride around town.

Arranged trips especially to opera house

The hotels staff is lovely and their restaurant is good, location is great too. The problem is that the hotel's deluxe room is basically have no sound insulation, so be ready for that - they even have earplugs as a standard item waiting for you in the room. My worst experience though comes from how i was handled by hotel's reception and management.

Wonderful. Clean, attractive, good location, great breakfast!

The bad: Unless I'm reading this wrong, this place shows up as a 5 star on Expedia. 5 stars is NOT the class for this hotel. I got the deluxe balcony and couldn'tell the difference between any of the rooms, so if you're gonna stay, maybe have them show the difference between the rooms, so you know what you're getting, (mine didn't have the white soffit shown in the pic, so maybe it wasn't the right room?). We got Lao massage, and would certainly not do that there again. There was no strength put into it, it was more of a rub than a massage. It's a tiny, tiny room. The balcony is the walkway up to your room (it does have sitting furniture on it, which is nice). The good: The bed is super comfortable.

Everything is excellent but the moisture in the room

Room was great but there was so much moisture in the room , the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very nice and tasty, the spa was excellent. Over all everything was great but the moisture in the room.
