Beautiful hotel! I stayed for the Kentucky Derby Marathon and it was a great location, walkable to the start. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! Sadly, I can no longer say the same !

It’s ridiculous to pay that amount for a room and that much for parking

Waiting too long for an elevator and not able to use the exit because of a conference being there. Room was mid for the price. Had hard time leaving this morning because a conference was letting out on a break and the lobby was FULL !!

Great experience with check in

The room was great. I only wish we had had time to use the pool while we were staying there.

Room cleaned every morning. Some of staff is very foreign and has a bit of a language problem. Food and drinks were excellent.

We stayed to go over to a concert at the KFC center. Well worth the money! Walked over and back. So easy, didn’t have to fight crowds. Even splurged for the vallet, also worth the money! And extra $20 not to have to fight crowds! We will absolutely stay again if we come back!

The hotel and our room was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean and spacious. Run down the pool area and surroundings were. You have this beautiful hotel and then you have a pool that could definitely use and upgrade, especially the gates around it. You have this beautiful backdrop of the river and the bridges and the gates around it are rusted. There's no landscaping. There's no nothing to draw you to that. I know there's absolutely nothing to do about the interstate noise, but that is a huge distraction. While trying to relax at the pool. The staff was friendly. I don't really have any complaints at all other than I was quite surprised at the pool area.

Great all around. Room was great, staff was great. Easy check in and check out
