Property needs major renovations Great staff

The washroom was badly clogged and unusable for a proper shower. The room telephone was not working, making it impossible to contact reception from the room. Despite these basic failures, the response from the staff—particularly at the reception—was unhelpful and dismissive. We were two guests but were initially given only one access card, and even a request for a second card became unnecessarily difficult. I had to personally go down to the reception to raise the concerns because the room phone was dead. No meaningful redressal or service recovery was offered before checkout. For a hotel that presents itself as a premium property, the condition of the room, the non-functional facilities, and the indifferent reception experience were unacceptable. This was one of the poorest hotel service experiences I have had.

No hand shower at all and Bathroom aren't maintained well.

Construction was constantly happening outside the room. I specifically told my infant need good sleep without waking up every 15 min. No body seemed to cared.

I cannot believe this was hyatt, i would have given 0 stars, the room was old, the washroom was dark shady kind of, i didn’t even got towels in the room, what else i tell you, if this was really a 5 stars?! The food was bad, this has nothing to be like a hyatt! Worst hotel to stay in delhi. Dont go and waste your important money

Technically it may be a 5 star offering 3 star rates but everything inside is also 3 star quality so dont get your hopes high

It is closer to shopping and metro.
