Nice boutique type of hotel with great restaurant attached for dinner.

This hotel is now my little secret! From the free parking, very polite friendly staff to the beautiful clean rooms we were very satified. We loved that it was so close to everything yet just far enough to have peace. The location & use of the Tram to the hotel was the cherry on top! We will certainly be back.

I stay at St. Charles Inn when I visit family in New Orleans. I am widowed and an older female. I feel extremely safe here. The staff is extremely courteous. Two of them helped me today with a quirk on my phone. Extremely nice!!! Rooms are very clean. This place is just cozy. So glad I found it.

This was a lovely place to stay. Street car stop right outside the door. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Not what I expected from the reviews. The a/c in my room didn’t work it was hot I called the front desk asked for another room was told no and basically deal it because there was nothing that could be done breakfast the bagels were so hard. Probably won’t ever stay here again

Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends.
