The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was top notch. Our room had complimentary fresh biscotti, sweet chocolates upon our arrival. There were also robes and slippers for us. Nice touch. We would surely stay again and will refer to our friends.

The hotel was to a high standard. The staff were really helpful, giving suggestions on where to go and what to do. The receptionist spoke great English and was super helpful.
The rooms are a nice size and very clean and tidy.
Would recommend as a place to stay in Salzburg.

This was a wonderful, updated clean hotel in a great area. Rooms are large and quiet. Close to train station, restaurants, shopping, sights and Old Town so very walkable. The hotel has a great restaurant with outdoor seating, and I would advise making reservations right away when check-in. The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and the hotel was one of my favorites when travelling in Europe!

매우 훌륭해요 AC works well, cold and quiet. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean. Bathroom shower works amazing. Only I wish they would send us city card before check in so we could use it as we stay only one night.
