Good location.

The Melbourne is a great place to stay, central to everything, clean and amazing staff

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good location. Only one small concern would be, we had a corner room in the heritage side and it was noisy early in the morning from traffic. Would stay again just on a different side .

Centrally located for those who enjoy a short walk, Parliament House and Kings Park to the west, shops and restaurants to the east and the Quay just down the hill.

Nice tidy and clean room! Enjoyed our stay! Disappointing there was no coffee machine!

Love the heritage rooms and the big bathrooms.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable

Unfortunately, I got an interior room, the window of the room faced the patio and reception, the toilet seat was broken, the leather of the sofa was torn, there were 2 single beds pushed together so it was impossible to sleep in the center - the hotel with its rating and score attracted us, we were 5 different people for business purposes, everyone came out very disappointed. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it since the hotel was full - there may be more reasonable rooms, but the rooms through a third party are probably the worst by default. I have never been to a hotel with a score of 9 and above and been disappointed as I was here.

Location was great......breakfast was amazing

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was convenient…all good!
