Really nice stay

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated.

Great stay at LUMA We had a very good experience at LUMA. The location was convenient, the property was clean, and everything was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed, including a Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, and iron. Everything worked properly and was well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly stay at LUMA again and recommend it to other travelers.

Room was clean, staff were always nice and very helpful. Didn’t end up eating there but everything went smoothly from check in to car pick up and check out. Would stay here again🙂

The location and amenities were just what we needed for a busy NYC trip. There is no pool or gym, but we were too busy to need one anyway. The staff was awesome and breakfast was great. Little details like the high-end blow dryer, umbrellas provided and quality coffee machine in the room made it 5 star.

Convenient location near Bryant Park and Times Square but not located on busy street. Rooms super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant Aperi delicious and perfect on site after a long day of walking. Rooms Clean but small but still functional.

Terrible experience with this Hotel and Expedia. I will never make a reservation with them because of their lack of transparency and horrible customer service. I mistakenly booked a room for 2 days and immediately reported the issue to switch to 1 day, they could/ should have canceled the 2nd day since it was way prior check in but they refused out of selfishness and greediness. Hotel and Expedia played games on me blaming each other and refused to cancel the 2nd day. I will never use Expedia and I will never use this hotel as they used my mistake to scam me.

Excellent location

Clean rooms

Excellent hotel to stay in while exploring New York. Staff were lovely. Great location near Times Square and Bryant Park. Stayed with my two teenage daughters and we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
