Hotel is abandoned. Completely shutdown. Yet, hotels.com charged me for the room. I had to scour the area for an available room. Ended up 30 minutes south at a motel/traphouse for the night. Hotel.com sucks.

That hotel was closed & had been for a year. I had reserved a room & they took my money or someone did. We had to find another hotel & it cost me triple. I would like a refund of my $300. And there is a good chance I will not use Hotels. com again since you don’t update your website

The hotel was closed. One of the neighbor hotels said it was for construction. Nobody bothered notifying me. I had to go find another hotel.

그저 그래요 I never got to stay because the motel was closed...chained shut. I want a refund AND an apology for not being notified. The hotel I had to get at the last minute cost twice as much.

First room after check in the hall light was dim. Changed rooms and heat didn’t work at all. It was freezing in the room. Got up at 3 am to change rooms and was told I had to wait until the manager got in in the morning. Third room was better. Elevator smelled like marijuana. This hotel needs a major renovation. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Very outdated. The room had a smell as if it hadn't been used in a while. The bedding looked clean but the carpet was ripped in 1 place and stained. It could have used a good cleaning. Good for what we needed it for but won't consider staying again. The breakfast was very stale cereal, and bread with jelly. There was a partial gallon of milk in the fridge as well.
