We had nothing but problems during our stay. We had to call them because our safe didn’t work. It took four attempts before they could fix our safe in. It lasted over for our five days. But that is not the worst, during our stay, the air conditioning didn’t work. I had to call them several times to repair it. Finally, I insisted that they change our room, but it was four days of no AC before they switched our room.
The breakfast they provide is adequate, but that is all that I can say. We had to eat out for breakfast several times because the food was not very good at the hotel.

The view was gorgeous from our balcony! The pool and beach area was very lovely and convenient. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t hear any other guests and blackout curtains are amazing. I thought breakfast was solid but preferred breakfast at TuRu Cafe up the road a few minutes. I’d stay again!!

This trip was a bit different. We wanted to remain in the hotel for our stay without leaving. We were in a junior suite which was fantastic for our family of four. The club experience helped with the stay. We used the benefits and we were able to have a relaxing couple of days without spending much more. We took full advantage of both pools and used the kayaks and SUPs to break it up. Great staff, clean rooms. Only thing I for me was this is a season for nats and I think the staff should attend to cleaning the pools out more frequently.
