On Friday night there was loud music at the Lonsdale Quay until 10pm. When we talked to the front desk next morning. They said there was no music. We won’t stay there again.

만족해요 Parking is a bit hit & miss as it’s in shared public parking . Our registration was taken at check-in so you don’t get fined for parking however they got it wrong & day 1 we got a parking fine ! A trip to reception was needed to sort it but just felt hotel staff were a little careless . Otherwise pretty good & nice location near the water .

It was a quick easy check in, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it had little extras. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great rest! Definitely will be back.

Loved the location! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the property appears to be very well maintained —- clean lobby, hallways and rooms. Nice toiletries too!
