훌륭해요 Great hotel and excellent location. The view from the rooftop was amazing . The guys at the reception were very kind, and they were very helpful. Incredible customer service. Ilker and the rest of the staff make us very welcome and always were there when we need help. I will come back again to this hotel.

Nice view from breakfast place, that’s all. Very old hotel and rooms are not comfortable. Worth spending more and getting something better if you can.

Air conditioning didn't work in our room which was baking hot which made it very difficult to sleep. Raised multiple times with the hotel who kept saying they had fixed it but hadn't.
Not enough toiletries in the bathroom, with one miniature shampoo between 2 people. No shower gel.
Lifts are tiny and unreliable.
View from breakfast is fantastic and that's the only reason you stay here. Neighbourhood is quite dilapidated.
