I had a very postive stay at Furama City Centre Singapore. The location is excellent, with easy access to Chinatown, public transport and many great food options within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, making it a great way to start the day, Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Our executive room on 17th floor was quiet with no corridor noise. Bed very comfy and facilities good. One of the main windows was blown, obscuring the views. The hotel is in good condition but there are areas that need updating or repair. Only 2 lifts running created queues and delays. Confusion regarding breakfasts as one person told us to sit in the executive area and order off a limited menu. Other members of staff were puzzled why we were there! Could we not have just gone to the buffet ? Well placed for getting around the city on the inter connecting bridges out of the heat and rain, the local underground transport and the main sights.

All the lifts broke down the day we arrived. Had to us staff alternative lifts and long waits to use them. Hopefully you by next visit will be fixed.

I didn't like that our room had no natural light. The location is excellent.

Great location with everything in walking distance.......MTR, food centres, shopping, convenience stores, Chinatown. Excellent friendly and welcoming staff.

Nice hotel overall, clean room, nice choice at breakfast, you can fill up water bottles on your floor which was so good, staff were accommodating most of the time A sign needs to be put up downstairs when not there saying back in 5,10,15,20 mins whatever it maybe. I found it frustrating when wanting a taxi or to ask questions esp the times I was sent downstairs from upstairs and no one was at desk. in saying that it did get me using the MRT which is very interesting and it would be awesome to do once you learn it and I saved money not using taxis so often. There was one lady upstairs that was friendly and obliging which was nice. Hotel is a 10 min walk from Clarke Quay and close to the bus including hop on hop off bus stops, money exchanges, massages, MRT and Chinatown, so many shops including grocery over the road which you can use the walk bridge to get over, OH you have food galore everywhere too. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is particularly well located. Access to the local MRT and bus is excellent. It was a few minutes walk to three shopping centres which offered a great choice of places to shop, eat and browse. My room was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect particularly after a very hot day sightseeing. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location is great. Easy excess to 2 mrt lines just beside next building. Staff team are friendly & providing professional service. Room very clean n render service upon requested. Will recommend others this hotel.
