It is good hotel

Room is clean, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is ok, but the hotel does not provide bottle water at room. You need to go downstairs to get drinking water and hot coffee at the front desk.

The hotel is located centrally with exceptionally good public transportation access including metro (underground train) service.

The area this hotel is located in is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Just outside, my phone was stolen out of my hand by a man in a motorcycle riding on the sidewalk. Next day, two men attempted to kidnap my teenage daughter. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS AREA. Both incidents happened in broad daylight. Santiago overall according to the locals is a very dangerous city, and this part of town is on the extreme danger zones.

Check in was easy. The place is gross though. The lights in my room didn’t even work, like what? Good location if you’re here for work. Overall, glad I was here for a very short time.

Excellent location in the heart of the city and next to a metro station. Very polite and helpful staff.

The breakfast was good. Wi-fi connection was bad, I couldn’t use in our room, only use at breakfast place.

Hotel is not noticeable from the street and after hours easier way to it is closed due to safety. Even thought I used the contact hotel feature days ahead to notify my late arrival and ensure no issues, I never got a reply, and ended calling them when I arrived to the airport. Once I call they were very helpful and to my surprise they are 24 hours open although the description stays different. My uber driver was lost trying to locate them and they where very helpful speaking to him over the phone , to the point of going to the side street to guide us in. We got in very late around 5 am to checkout at 12 noon, they didn’t offer a late checkout but overheard at the reception when getting out a lot of room had late checkout.

One of the greatest locations in the city ! Close to historical district and plenty of shopping banks and exchanges with in a gated court yard in the heart of the financial district Friendly people Speak poco English .. lol ( English is spoken a littke !

Nice room. With mini kitchen. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms facing the front get noise from the three elevators going up and down all night. Need ear plugs.
