The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop terrace Sky Bar was a lovely place for an evening drink. The hotel is well located to reach Vesuvius National Park, Pompeii and Herculanium using the public bus or the train. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Marad.

This hotel is so lovely. The staff instantly came out to help us on arrival and were so kind and gracious! The room was very clean and well-maintained with great facilities for my husband in a wheelchair (we had the accessible room which was very large and had a wet room). The view from the rooftop is stunning and the restaurant was lovely with delicious, fresh food. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting! Staff helped with all taxi requests making sure that we paid a fair rate. We would definitely stay again.

Der var en god morgenmadsbuffe med et godt udvalg. De har også en lækker skybar. Alle ansatte var meget venlige og imødekommende. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Property was absolutely gorgeous, views were amazing, you could smell fresh flowers anywhere you were on the property. Cats are super friendly and completely make the space. Staff was super attentive to detail, very friendly & helpful speaking multiple languages. 10/10 would stay again, absolutely great experience with no complaints.

Excellent welcome! The staff responded to our various requests quickly, both by email and in person. We stayed twice, in both buildings; one is more renovated than the other. The rooms are different, particularly the bathrooms. But the amenities, bedding, and cleanliness are all perfect. The terrace bar is pleasant with a great team. And some of the staff speak French! 😅 Very good breakfast. You are 6 km from Mount Vesuvius, and there are a few restaurants to the left of the hotel (2 km by car). Thank you to the Marad Hotel for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The staff were very helpful as we checked in after the kitchen closed and the staff offered to provide us with an alternative cold sandwich’s, even though not ideal they still tended to our request without delay. The service was very much appreciated, thanks.

Perfect spot for a night of R&R after a Pompeii tour.

Breakfast staff were very friendly as well as the Front desk staff.

Staff was great and helpful. Dinner was delicious every night. Easy to park.
