Room was upstairs without a lift. Difficult to carry 3 days luggage up to room. Shower sprayed water out of door onto floor. Heating wasn't working so a portable heater was provided instead. Think it needs some more maintenance.

Love staying here. Easy. Restaurant and chill spot close by easy access

Bedding and decor was lovely. Nice hot rain shower.

Really good worth the money very quiet plenty of your room for parking great recommend

initially felt the welcome was tarred by treating the customer as wrong. However that staff member did apologise and went out of his way to assist with disability aid. Thanks for that.

Very standard motel accommodation. The inside of our room stunk like strong cleaning supplies when we arrived. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. Can tell that it had recently been painted but very dodgy job. Paint splatters everywhere. The whole place could use an upgrade and better cleaning. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. Don't bother with the pool as its freezing and the spa was non existent. Very central to the mall tho which we loved.

No hot tub

Have been staying here over a long period of time and the standards have slipped markedly. Paid $200+ for a standard room and found the amenities very underwhelming.

Rusty bin in toilet needs to be replaced, non-functional corridor light, shower needs to be checked due to no enough cold water for adjustment , also no microwave in the room causing inconvenience
