I had a late checkin and when I arrived into my room I discovered the previous occupants underwear in the room, along with a stained towel. It was late and the hotel was full so I had to wait till the next day to be moved to another room. I informed in advance my intent to check out a day earlier and get refunded, this was not accommodated

Breakfast was great, but crowded. Staff was very helpful. Laundry service very expensive and no laundromats nearby. Subway station in right outside.

Walking distance to waterfront at Lake Maloren. Metro stop next door to hotel. Staff was friendly and so helpful. Would stay again, certainly!

Nice hotel with pleasant staff located close to many of the cities, activities and attractions.

Staff were all very kind and helpful. The property felt tired and dated but very clean. Food in restaurant was not great, schnitzel was very tough. The staff were the best thing about this property.

There Was a COOP store nearby which was useful.It was a stones tyhrow away from Radhuset train station and was good to go to all places by train

The compact room I'd originally booked had faulty plug sockets. The room was much smaller than I'd imagined. I was really grateful that the reception staff moved me to a bigger room, closer to the lifts which was lovely. My room wasn't totally cleared of used mugs the first day but generally speaking, staff were all very friendly, helpful and again, we were very happy with the hotel. (I missed the waffle irons this trip at breakfast tho.) Otherwise, the choice was good. I would just say that the staff making the omelettes, again very friendly, used the same pan and spatula when making ham or vegetarian omelettes. For someone vegetarian like me, that wasn't really acceptable. That would be my only criticism tho.

Great location, around the corner from a very convenient metro station that takes you wherever you want to go in the city! Great, cozy and comfortable room. Super delicious breakfast with a lot of healthy options, freshly squeezed fruit and ginger juice shots, pancakes, local delicacies and omelette cooked the way you want it, if you want it;) Would highly recommend this hotel and its location!
