Absolutely beautiful! Clean, right on the beach, great staff, huge buffet breakfast, dinner on the beach. Loved it!

Lovely hotel, beachside with great pools and bars. Room was spacious and bed very comfy. Great choices at breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk to shops, cafes and bars.

Best hotel

The actual resort was fine and the staff was nice, but the client populations (the tourists) was anything but friendly. For some reason, my boyfriend and I were outcasted, treated poorly, and harassed by multiple other people at the resort. Not sure if it’s because we’re an interracial couple, but it got to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable. After a whole incident at breakfast where my boyfriend was followed around the breakfast area (and I was stared down and mean mugged all throughout breakfast by multiple other tourists), we finally deemed that we had enough and checked out within 24hrs of being there. Unfortunately, the resort doesn’t deem this a valid reason for leaving early , so we got no sort of refund. They wouldn’t even comp my 1 drink on the tab (which I was fully prepared to pay, but c’mon man. After that horrendous 24hr period, you’d think they give me some slack here). Overall, great place to stay if you’re an older German couple. But if you’re anything out of that category, be prepared to be uncomfortable the entire time. We booked another resort in a separate town and left immediately. Will not be coming back to Khao Lak.

Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!
