There are a lot of steps around the property Staff are very helpful

Excellent food and very nice staff. Rooms are a bit dated. Television remote was old so working but not always. Ok for the price.

Great value for money, nice rooms beautiful al la carte food and coffee for breakfast. Friendly staff I would book again.

My only negative comment is that this hotel is technically beachfront but not much sandy area and very small swimming area. Daybeds fill up quickly; more loungers could be added instead of daybeds. The set menu breakfast was fabulous! Great Americano coffee, fruit bowl, fresh pastries, and enjoyed the avocado toast with poached eggs. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea with Balinese treats. The grounds are well kept with a nice beach and sea view from the pool. Staff are friendly and very welcoming upon arrival. Room was comfortable, spacious and a nice garden view. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely loved it here! Would definite stay again in the Penthouse room, it was HUGE!

So friendly and nice staff all the way through our stay. Helped with trips, booking of massage, meeting our needs and requests. Warm recommendations from the four is us.

Great view of beach with the suite, sunrise from balcony amazing amd loved the jacuzzi on balcony as well.

The beach view was amazing and only within a few seconds of the property.
