Friendly staff

Room smelled really bad, like some type of chemicals, probably from carpet cleaning. The breakfast buffet was really disorganized. Nobody was controlling people coming in so it was really hard to find a table. It took me 15 minutes just walking around to find somebody leaving. The food was ok.

Amazing with competitive prices for the location and the staff are amazing and super fast dor check in. No crazy security deposits & extra Walt check in like the other greedy hotels. Always stay there when I land for business in Frankfurt. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Première fois dans un hôtel Leonardo, très satisfaisant. Check-in facile, personnel gentil et serviable. Grande chambre très tranquille, 2 lits doubles confortables. Salle de bains un peu petite, mais ok. Hôtel propre sauf pour les tapis des corridors, mais la réception nous a avisés qu’il changeait tous les tapis. Belle vue de notre chambre au 16e. L’hôtel est à au moins 20 min à pied des restos et bars du vieux Sachsenhausen, quartier historique. Un lundi soir plusieurs étaient fermés ou trop remplis, donc à dû choisir un resto pas super. Nous sommes arrivés tard dû au retard de notre train Flixtrain. La navette de l’hôtel coûte 40 euros pour l’aéroport, à au moins 15-20 min de FRA. Hôtel à recommander, j’y retournerais sûrement. Under construction...some rooms fun some old no reason why some get new some get old.

Clean room, great breakfast. BUT- no grab bar in the very slippery shower and no landline telephone in the room.

We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

I have been in this Hotel many years but it changed from zero to best, more than 100 times in a hotel, means faithful customer, every thing changed rooms staff clean breakfast..I will be back very soon to this wonderful Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einer ruhigen und schönen Atmosphäre. Kleiner Selbstbedienungsladen und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby und vor dem Hotel. Frühstücks Buffet ist hervorragend und auch in einem sehr schönen Ambiente Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswert!
